Nicky (Will Smith) is a season master of misdirection
when
it comes to cons and pick pocketing. He
takes in a beautiful novice con artist Jess (MargoT Robbie) who he gets
romantically involved with. He breaks
it off with her abruptly and he must try to stay on the top of his game when he
meets her again three years later in Buenos Aires
where he is pulling off his biggest con in the world of the high-stakes race
car circuit.
FOCUS is all about misdirection, lies, and the
con. The story is full of twists and turns as the
story misdirects you and even lay down some foreshadowing. The cast plays a
colorful selection of con
artists as you see the game from their point of view.
