AVENGERS: ENDGAME starts as out with the feel of an art house drama. It is sometimes a little sentimental and plays fan
service too much. The first two hours feel a little long and could have been edited a little tighter. AVENGERS: ENDGAME
picks up soon from where AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR ended after a brief prologue with Hawkeye. This conclusion to all of what
has been building over until 22 films (starting with IRON MAN) has lots to accomplish with the focus being on the core Avengers
and a few other characters who didn't get the spotlight in AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR. It does set the stage for future Marvel
Studios movies and the MCU shows coming to Disney plus. Will you feel more connected to this movie if you watched AVENGERS:
ENDGAME and many of the other Marvel movies? Absolutely. AVENGERS: ENDGAME weaves through many characters and many stories.
AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR deals with the effects of the big snap by Thanos and what our Avengers do next. The team has
to get back together when Scott Lang escapes the quantum realm and comes to them with a plan to undo it all that involves
the quantum realm. So AVENGERS: ENDGAME is a sequel where Marvel Studios and the directors (the Russos) of this movie played
this one too close to the vest where they tried to say it was its own separate film and holding off way too long announcing
what films will be next for the MCU. It means that the slate for the next MCU films in 2020 is going to be a rushed game
and the too close to the vest tactics could still hurt the MCU promotions despite AVENGERS: ENDGAME going on to being the
biggest box office stars of 2019 due to all the anticipation that was built up for it.
PS I heard there are at least 209 Easter Eggs in this movie and there are no end credit scenes (just an audio clip).
