RESIDENT EVIL speaks for itself. The RESURRECTED EDITION features the first two films (RESIDENT EVIL and RESIDENT EVIL: APOCALYPSE)
with some new extras (some recycled material) along with a sneak peak at RESIDENT EVIL: EXTINCTION. Refer to the links above
for reviews of the first two films on DVD.
SPECIAL FEATURES: Most of the extras are on disc 2 while only a scene from RESIDENT EVIL: EXTINCTION shares disc 1 with RESIDENT
EVIL and RESIDENT EVIL: APOCALYPSE. Many of the extras from the DVD releases for the two RE films aren't included on this
release. So no audio commentaries are included. Some of the extras are recycled versions of material found on the two disc
SE of RESIDENT EVIL: APOCALYPSE.
DIARY OF AN APOCALYPSE- A behinid-the-scenes look at the making of RESIDENT EVIL: APOCALYPSE with interviews with cast and
crew. It is the best extra for this film ever. Very insightful. I liked seeing the stuntwork and training footage.
ZOMBIE DOG POV TEST- camera tests for the Zombie Dog POV along with the final scene using the POV camera work.
UNDEAD BOOT CAMP- This featurette is a recycled version of the ZOMBIE CHOREOGRAPHY featurette from the RESIDENT EVIL: APOCALYPSE
SE.
STUNTMAN SET TOUR- The stunt coordinator takes the viewer through the stunts for major sequences in RESIDENT EVIL: APOCALYPSE.
Also including is a Memory Retention Training Quiz and 5 photo galleries (Evil Archives): Art Department, Production Photos,
Publicity, Set Design, Storyboards. The big thing that many RE fans will want to check out will be THE EVOLUTION OF RESIDENT
EVIL: BRIDGE TO EXTINCTION which shows a 5 minute sneak peek to RESIDENT EVIL: EXTINCTION. Also you get a free movie ticket
