Hannah (Billie Piper) is a high-class London escort called Belle.  No One knows Hannah is an escort who gets paid to have sex by some of the classiest clients.  She enjoys sex and gets to live out some of her fantasies while making the fantasies of the clients come true.   SECRET DIARY OF A CALL GIRL is inspired by the real-life adventures of a London escort.  The series is naughty, addictive, and funny.  Billie Piper shines in the role of Belle.  She makes it come real for the viewer as she talks to the camera.   Hannah's life is a struggle as she can't tell her only friend (Ben) and her family what she does (she tells them she is a secretary).   She faces ups and downs on the job.   Imagine what happens when she tells her friend (a former boyfriend) that she is an escort.  Belle learns that business can be fickle even when it comes to clients and fellow escorts.   SECRET DIARY OF A CALL GIRL is one show I'm proud that Billie Piper has decided to do.  She ingnites Belle with humanity and makes you love the character.

SPECIAL FEATURES:  The only extra is a six minute interview with actress Billie Piper (BILLIE PIPER- COMING TO AMERICA).  She comes off as a good subject.  I wish she could have contributed for audio commentaries for this set or heard from other cast and crew too).

FINAL ANALYSIS:  I enjoyed SECRET DIARY OF A CALL GIRL.  I can't wait for season 2 to start.   I wish more extras were featured on the DVD (please more extras for the season two DVD).
