KNIGHT AND DAY is like a Bourne film done as an action comedy that stars Tom Cruise instead of Matt Damon.   The film does have a manic energy to it and it is a charming popcorn film to pass the time.   Tom Cruise just cruises on his charm as this is a role you have seen him in before.  June is a capable character for Cameron Diaz to play.   The scene with the bulls is too CGI fake for my tastes and so are a couple of other scenes where the visual effects aren't up to snuff.  Still KNIGHT AND DAY is miles above in quality from JONAH HEX.   Still I would chose teh BORUNE films over this one and veen the MISSION IMPOSSIBLE films.   KNIGHT AND DAY is just a good two hour popcorn distraction.
